Each item is carefully handmade, packaged, and prepared with care. Because many of our items are handmade or prepared in small batches. processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and current order volume.

Processing times: Most orders ship in 5 to 7 days business days.

Custom, personalized, made to order or seasonal items, may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping methods: Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Tracking information: Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Local pickup:  Local pickup may be available in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for select orders. Customers will be contacted with pickup instructions if this option is selected at checkout.
